To pay by credit card or PayPal: click the ADD TO CART button below the workshop listing, the shopping cart will open and you then click the Checkout with PayPal button and either log in to your PayPal account or click the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button to complete your payment. (If your PayPal account has a different name associated with it, please email us to let us know so we can match the payment to you). OR
To pay by check: make out your check to Encaustic Art Institute, and mail check to the Encaustic Art Institute office: 18 County Rd 55A, Cerrillos, NM 87010. Please indicate the date of the workshop in the check memo. If you are paying by check, you will need to let us know right away, so we can save space for you.

If there is more than one workshop listed on the website page, be sure to click the Add to Cart button just below the workshop you wish to register for. The shopping cart description will have the instructor’s name/workshop date and the price listed for each workshop.
Please note: due to pandemic circumstances, the Encaustic Art Institute is taking encaustic/wax workshops online and also shifting in-person workshops to instructors’ studios.
Jorge Luis Bernal’s IN-PERSON workshops are being held at Jorge’s studio located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. For all of Jorge’s workshops, there is a maximum of 6 participants (and a minimum of 4 participants) per workshop who must be registered two weeks prior to the workshop start date with signed waivers, and proof of COVID vaccination must be provided. If the minimum of 4 participants has not been met, the workshop will have to be canceled.
Driving directions and additional details will be provided to registrants for in-person workshops.
CDC recommendations/mandates on social distancing and mask requirements will be observed for all in-person workshops. Individual instructors may have different COVID-safe requirements and details for in-person workshops, please click the link under each workshop to read the policies before registering.
ALL WORKSHOP REGISTRANTS MUST SIGN AND SUBMIT A WAIVER FORM WHEN THEY REGISTER FOR AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP.

All participants should have their COVID vaccination card ready to view at the workshop and bring signed copy of waiver with them. (If you do not have access to a printer, we will have blank copies of the waiver form for you to fill out at workshop locations).
