Artists are responsible for paying the return shipping of art, means of return must accompany painting. Return shipping receipts are mandatory – or if shipping via USPS – send postage stamps and include instructions on insurance. The Museum is not responsible for working out shipping arrangements for you, this must be done in advance.

All work must be properly labeled on the back with: title of piece, artist name, address, phone, email address.  IMPORTANT – please put your name and the name of the exhibition on the outside of the shipping box. This helps us to locate your shipping box when returning.   Any artwork without a means to hang it, will not be hung.

Pricing and sales: Updated information regarding sales for Global Warming is REAL exhibition: Last year we had several requests for pricing information, so we kept a list of prices available on request.  This year, we will post signs throughout the exhibit, that some artwork is for sale, and to request that information.

If you choose to offer your accepted piece for sale, the price will be available on request. We will keep a notebook at the desk with your price information. You will need to notify us of the price when you submit your label information, or please note “NFS” if you do not wish to sell your piece. The Institute in accordance with the vote of its Board of Directors will retain a 50% commission/ 50% Going Back To the Artist.
