Kathleen, this is the page you will use to log in to EntryThingy.com’s Call for Art for 2020 (MMXX): Beginnings Juried Exhibition. On the page below (scroll all the way down past my notes to you) you’ll see boxes to enter name, email, create a password, confirm password. (Those extra boxes will also be there any time you log out and come back to this page). This is the default to create an account –  you already have an account set up for you as a juror. Do not enter any info into these boxes to create an account, instead:

To sign in to your account you will skip down to the very bottom of the page, under the text that reads: “Is this your first time using EntryThingy?” Below that text, you’ll see “Have you used [the EntryThingy logo] before? and a blue link “Please click here to login.” That link is actually the very last line of text on this page  – and that’s what you want to click in order to log in to the juror account. Once you click that link you’ll see just two boxes to enter your email and password and the login button below that.

Enter your email address into the first of those two boxes:  kassiewyoming@yahoo.com

and enter your password:  JurorMMXXhibit2020

The password is case sensitive and note the last part of the password is the MMXX (from the show title and then)  hibit  – (without the letters “ex” for “exhibit”) and 2020.  Then click the login button below where you entered your password.

INFO (see the document we sent for more detailed information):

  • To review the Call for Art for this exhibit, click here.
  • This video from EntryThingy.com will give you an overview of what you will see and how their system is set up, with specific information about jurying. Click here to see it.
  • Once you’ve logged in you should see your name and the name of the show, and to the right, you should see a box to click on that says Jury this Show (click the Jury this Show button). You’ll then see a listing of the categories for the submitted entries.
  • Click on the first category to get started. You don’t HAVE to choose something from each category, but you’ll need to look at each category to see all of the entries that have been submitted. (I’ll let you know the total number of entrants before you start so you’ll know whether you’ve looked at all of them).
  • Acceptance/non-acceptance into the show is based on a scoring system of 0-5, with a score of 5 being given to pieces you want to accept into the show, and any score less than 5 for those you do not wish to accept.
  •  Entrants are allowed to submit 1-3 images for you to review – you should ONLY choose one piece per entrant.

TIMING:

  • The entries for this exhibit open on Jan 18 and close at 5 pm MST on March 29, so you will be getting access to view the entries anytime after they close on the 29th, most likely you’ll look at them starting on Monday, the 30th. This will give Adrienne time to verify the payments and for me to change the status of the entries before we pass it on to you for your process.
  • Applicants are scheduled to receive the notifications of your results on April 25. The process for us, (after you’ve finished your part), can be a little time consuming, so it will be helpful if you can complete your process no later than April 23. If you’re done earlier than that, please let me and/or Adrienne know. You can contact me at eainm.info@gmail.com, and Adrienne/Douglas at mehrens@eainm.com.

Once you’ve made your selections and are satisfied with your choices, log out and contact us to let us know you’ve finished. Thank you!

SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN to get to the login access link (the very last link on this website page). Then enter your email and password and click the login button. You can access the show as many times as you wish, but please log out when you exit and log back in when you want to re-access.
