The Encaustic Art Institute – a 501c3 – is celebrating its 17th year in operation. We feel fortunate that we have remained on the leading edge of encaustic/wax art for artists and patrons alike. Our new business model of online activity and our ongoing online Encaustic Arts Magazine will continue to bring one of the oldest art media known to man to your doorstep. Please take time to shop online – supporting the artists and their creative endeavors. Creativity is the lifeblood during these times and sales help steady the financial foundations for many. The Encaustic Art Institute has under its umbrella:
- The Museum of Encaustic Art (MOEART.org), with over 450 works of art in its permanent collection. There are currently 124 pieces of encaustic/wax artwork showing on rotation in its New Mexico location. Also click here to view the permanent collection online.

The Museum of Encaustic Art, as it continues to prepare to physically open, has also been busy expanding into a very exciting virtual tour of our 400+ works of art.
